Contract Rules & Cancellation Policy

  1. NO SMOKING IN THE VEHICLES. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN A $250 FINE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  2. THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLEANING EXCESSIVE LIQUIDS SPILLED OR VOMIT.
  3. CLEANING FEES ARE PER INCIDENT AND CAN RANGE FROM $50 to $500.
  4. PERSONS WHO ARE UNRULY OR DISRUPTIVE OR CONDUCT ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLES AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DRIVER WITH NO REFUND.
  5. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PROPERTY.
  6. PARKING FEES (IF ANY) ARE IN ADDITION TO THE CONTRACT PRICE AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY IN CASH TO THE PARKING ATTENDANT.
  7. FOR PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF SERVICE. WE WILL ALLOW A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD.
  8. ANY ADDITIONAL WAITING TIME WILL BE BILLED IN THIRTY MINUTE INCREMENTS.

OVERTIME CHARGES DO NOT APPLY TO DELAYED COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS

CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS: I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE LENGTH AND USAGE ALONG WITH ANY CHARGES AND FURTHER AGREE TO PAY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES MY PARTY MAY CAUSE DURING THE RENTAL PERIODS. I ALSO AGREE TO THE CONTRACT RULES AND REGULATIONS. ALL DAMAGES ARE THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE DRIVER. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO PAY THE ENTIRE CONTRACT PRICE IF CANCELLATION POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED. I UNDERSTAND THE NUMBER OF HOURS LISTED ON THIS CONTRACT IS THE MINIMUM HOURS IM AGREEING TO PAY AND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OVERTIME INCURRED.


CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE: This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The County of Monroe in the State of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

THERE IS A $50.00 MINIMUM CANCELLATION FEE THAT APPLIES TO ALL RESERVATIONS.

CANCELLATIONS MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL BE REFUNDED

ANY AMOUNT PAID LESS THE $50 CANCELLATION FEE.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE ON

ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SERVICE DATE.
